Hey guys! welcome back I hope you all had an awesome spring break! I know I have. Here's this week's challenge.
Turning Red
To tell you truth I didn't have any idea what April's challenge would be until I watched the new film called "Turning Red". Turning red is a Pixar film about a girl name Melian Lee, a normal preteen until one day she turns into giant red panda! This film is based about growing up and facing puberty. It's a slice-a-of-life comedy and honestly a blast in the past film as the film's timeframe is back in the 2000s to 2003! Here's a trailer about the film and the behind the scenes documentary.
So What does this have to do with the challenge? Well, I'm glad you asked! For this challenge you guys are going to draw yourself as a Turning Red character. You can draw yourself as a student or a band member from their famous boy band 4town! This will give you the opportunity to find some cool blast to past objects or clothing to add to your design that fits you. You can also find a new style of drawing!
Feeling the heat
We're gonna have some for for the feeling the heat challenge. What you're going to be creating is you again but yourself as a red panda. You can also draw your friends as your own band or as pandas. I hope you have fun with this challenge and good luck!
